Click Working Days Tab
On the memberโs profile click the Working Days tab

Check โCustomize Working Daysโ

Check Working Days
Check which weekdays are working days

Save to confirm
When you want to remove customization, uncheck โCustomize Working Daysโ and click โSave Changesโ. Memberโs calendar will use the default setting for the team.
